Foothills Grain Terminal

PROJECT OVERVIEW

Built for Paterson Grain, the Foothills Terminal is an inland export grain terminal specifically designed to be a industry leader in high efficiency grain handling and storage. The terminal can store 2,225,000 bushels of grain, ship 75,000 bushels per hour, clean 8,800 bushels per hour, and receive 32 Super B trucks per hour. In addition, the facility also includes a 150 car loop track capable of loading a full unit train in 8 hours. With two fully independent receiving lanes the terminal is able to receive different commodities from each driveway without interrupting shipping operations. A fully automated truck loop design ensures very fast turn-around for delivering trucks.
